FAQ CopaCoins

<h3 data-pm-slice="1 1 []">What is CopaCoins?</h3>
<p>CopaCoins is Copaco's loyalty program. With all purchases partners make in the Copaco Store, they save coins. They can then redeem these coins in three categories: Sustainability, Training and Charity.</p>
<h3>Who can participate in CopaCoins?</h3>
<p>Everyone with a user login for the Copaco Store (copaco.com), automatically has access to CopaCoins. The system is designed so that with the same login information you use for the webshop, you can also log in to the CopaCoins platform.</p>
<h3>How does it work?</h3>
<p>With every purchase you make in the Copaco Store, you will automatically receive coins. The more you buy, the more coins you save.</p>
<p>You save as one organization for gifts. So if a partner has multiple users, all saved coins will be added to the collective CopaCoins balance of that organization.</p>
<p>The coins are automatically credited to your CopaCoins balance when the purchased products are invoiced.</p>
<p>In addition, it is possible to earn extra coins, based on various promotions that we announce throughout the year.</p>

<h3>How do I save coins?</h3>
<p>You earn coins by making purchases in the Copaco store. The number of coins you receive depends on the amount you spend.</p>
<h3>When will the coins be added to my balance?</h3>
<p>The coins will automatically be added to your CopaCoins balance the moment the purchased products are invoiced.</p>
<h3>When will I start earning coins?</h3>

Saving coins

<h3>How can I redeem my coins?</h3>
<p>Through the giftshop section on the CopaCoins platform, you can redeem your CopaCoins balance for various gifts.</p>
<h3>Who can redeem coins?</h3>
<p>All active users of an account can redeem their CopaCoins balance.</p>

Redeeming coins

Everyone who has a user login for the Copaco Store (copaco.com), automatically has access to CopaCoins. You can use the same login details for both the webshop and the CopaCoins platform. So there’s no need to create a new account or do anything extra to enjoy the benefits of CopaCoins.

How to register and login

<h3>How long are the coins valid?</h3>
<p>The coins are valid for 1 year from the time of issue. After this period, the coins will expire automatically. Be sure to redeem them in a timely manner!</p>

<h3>What should I do if I have a problem with my CopaCoins balance?</h3>

<h3>Can I unsubscribe from CopaCoins?</h3>
<p>Yes, you can opt out of this loyalty program at any time. Please contact copacoins@copaco.com. Please note: When unsubscribing as a company, you will lose all unused coins.</p>
